Five : Unexpected

" Lily "

I keep my gaze at the scene of the movie that was playing on the flat screen in my room , I'm sitting on the bed , the cover is over me with a bowl of a cheese popcorn .

After I got home I got in the bathroom and took a long shower , after I finished I walked into the room and took my phone out if the bag and checked it . I sighed when I saw 7 missed calls and 2 messages from Roman . I decided to ignore him for a little while , if he wanted space , and doesn't want to tell me the reason he left , then I will just ignore him since he's not being honest with me .

Here I am now , sitting on the bed watching some movie on the TV . I sigh and look beside me at the clock and groan , it's 7:36 PM . I moved the covers from me and stood up . I walked towards the bathroom and washed my face along with my hands and walked back to the room . I walked into the closet and took out an outfit to get ready to go out .

I want to go out and have a walk anywhere , I want to spend time out there and know new places . I have always been the nerd type , never went out , never got out of my house unless it was for school . I mean , I'm still a nerd , but at least I could go out , right ?

After I got dressed in jean shorts and a black tank top , I pulled my hair into a ponytail and didn't bother to apply any makeup . I walk to the loveseat at the corner of my room and grabbed my bag from it and walked out the room .

I walked down the hall and look into the bag making sure I had my wallet , I reached my phone and pulled it from the charger in the living room . I made sure to turn off the lights before I made my way to the apartment door .

I opened the door after I took the keys from the key holder beside the door . I walked out the apartment closing the door behind me and locking it and throwing the keys in the bag  . I walked slowly to the elevator , my black heels clicking on the ground all the way to it .

I walked into the elevator and pressed the up button and waited for it to arrive .

Once the elevator arrived I opened the heavy metal door and my eyes widened , I took a step back surprised .

Here , Roman stepped out of the elevator with an angry look on his face . He is wearing a black jeans with a tight black shirt that was hugging his muscles very well .

" Roman ! W-what are you doing here ?" Lily was surprised , she barley whispered the question .

Lily knew he is crazy and capable of doing anything , but coming here ! In a five-hour road trip ! That wasn't expected .

" You little brat ! You know how worried you fucking got me !!?"

Lily let out a gasp and her eyes widened at his harsh tone and foul  language , it's the first time she see him like this or hear him speak this way .

" I .. I d-don't ... "

She trailed as she didn't know what to say or how to answer him . Roman didn't wait for her to say anything , he slammed the elevator door and snatched her bag from her hand .

After Roman spoke to her in the morning he needed to make sure she was fine because she was crying on the phone
, so he called her , but she didn't answer him . He tried to call her again and again , he even tried to send messages but they remained unseen .

Bad thoughts possessed his mind and clouded it , he thought that any of his enemies knew about  her and found her and harmed her , he wanted to make sure that she's OK , so he went to Linda and took Lily's address from her and took his car and flew on the road as fast as he can .

Roman open Lily's bag and dig into it while his looking at Lily's now teary eyes and shocked expression . His hand searched until he reached her keys and took it out , he shoved the bag to her before grabbing her hand and tugging her along with him to her apartment .

He opened the door and went inside dragging Lily along with him . once they are inside , he closed the door and let her hand then looked at her furious .

For the first time in the years she knew Roman , she's afraid of him , not afraid by the meaning , but she was afraid of his face expression and his angry eyes , the way his jaw was clenched , this is all new for her .

" Do you realize your fucking mistake !?"

His yelling made her flinch and close her eyes . She doesn't know what she did , she doesn't even know why he is here .

She shook her head slowly from the right to the left , making Roman clench and unclench his jaw . He held her shoulders tightly and shook her .

" I though that something happened to you ! I thought you're in danger !! "

She let out a sob and kept her eyes closed , she still doesn't know what she freaking did and why would she be in danger .

" I thought I had lost you "

Roman whispered the words softly before slamming his lips on hers .
