Teenagers write bad poems.
Their title is their first line.
Teenagers write bad poems.
They repeat, and then rhyme.
Teenagers write bad poems,
Their words dripping with angst.
I will never be happy now that Courtney has left me.
My soul is a raven.
Teenagers write bad poems.
They break their rhythm awkwardly.
They have no central message.
It's like a metaphor, or a similie.
They format rather strangely.
Their use of words are cheap.
Teenagers write bad poems.
Ever since Courtney left me, I only weep.
I cannot sleep.
I've counted sheep.
I feel like a creep.
And yet so deep.
Courtney drove a Jeep.
I cannot keep...going on like this.
No reward I reap.
...beep.
Teenagers write bad poems.
Their point of view is weird.
Teenagers write bad poems,
Just like they grow bad beards.
Teenagers write bad poems.
They try but they're no good, but
They want the world to hear them out,
Just as I know you would.
