Do you have an enemy? Do you hate someone? Do you dislike someone? Is she a b*tch to you? Is he an as$hole to you? Is this person a bully? Or you just simply dislike them?
Let it out.
In this chapter, go and rant about the person you hate, without mentioning his or her name. I will allow vulgar words, as I don't think I will reply to comments in this chapter. Put down what you hate about this person, all.
You can put all your hate in a sentence, or in a paragraph, or paragraphs. Let it all out. Typing it down might take away some hatred and anger and might even make you better.
