Okay so I have a work out plan that I never really do but imma start today though. If you want to do it too I'll paste it below
Butt🍑
50 - 100 high knees
Standing thigh raises 20 - 50 each leg
Squats 20 - 50
Knee leg lifts 20-50 each leg
Glute bridge 20-50
Lunges 20-50 each leg
Squats 20-50

Abs🍫
sit ups 50
mountain climbers 20 - 50
Flutter kicks 20 - 50
Jump planks 20 sets of 3
Side planks 30 seconds on each side

Arms💪
Push up 30
Plank 30 seconds 
Down plank 30 seconds

I'm planning on doing this everyday till the next school year starts, I'm still a sophomore rn but might as well get it early.
