When being a leader, be truthful and brave

But don't be a tyrant and don't be too grave

You must set examples for those young and old

Show them the skills of a leader so bold

Patience is a virtue and creativity is a gift

So never let your golden personality shift

Please make great use of your precious time

If you do not, it will be worth not a dime

Some will criticize and put you down

But never, across your face, let there be a frown

Don't disappoint, do not back down

Don't turn the current good upside down

When you look to your past and realize your flaws

You will realize your intentions were better overall

One day my friend, you will stand great and tall

And realize that you were the best of them all
