Never trust your parents with something important, Tristan and Dezi learned that the hard way.
Both brother and sister are going to separate camps this summer,Tristan will be heading off to football camp and his younger sister Dezi will be attending Cheer camp.
Being in a rush,they asked their absent minded mother to fill in their forms for them, accidently she puts the wrong name on the wrong form.
Too late they realize they are at the wrong camp, Dezi is at Football camp and Tristan at Cheer Camp.At first Tristan thinks it's going to be paradise...then he meets Lynette Cannon who hates his guts,he HAS to participate in the squad as a cheerleader and to put the cherry on the top he has to wear a skirt for a week because there aren't any male uniforms left.
Dezi is determined to show the guys at camp that she is fit to be a "footballer",the oh-so-charming Owen Gilligan offers to train her ,does he really want to help her or is there something else,should she believe all those scandalous rumours about him?
