Harry's POV

"You ready to go now Gabby?" I asked.

She grinned. "Of course. We're going to Starbucks right?"

I nodded before continuing down the hallway with her.

We were going out for lunch. I kept my cool but on the inside I was bubbling with excitement. Gabby was gorgeous; and had the most amazing smile. I was thrilled that I would have the chance to get to know her; because even though it was only the third day that I had known her I had already fallen for the brunette. Before I could help it I stole a peek at her; taking into account what she was wearing. It wasn't that fancy. In fact it was probably the opposite to fancy. But on her it looked stunning. Unfortunately Gabby had noticed my gaze on her and became puzzled.

"What's up?" she shot a curious smile at me.

"Oh nothing," I replied in a casual voice.

"Oh come on Harry," she urged playfully. "Tell me."

I sighed. "Well, I was just thinking of how gorgeous you were that's all."

She stared at me for a moment cracking up laughing. "Very funny. Now seriously tell me."

"Um, I just did?" I raised my eye brows and looked into her blue eyes. God they were beautiful.

"Oh." Gabby's cheeks went slightly red and she bit down on her lip. "Um thanks."

"It's okay," I said cheerfully.

It went eerily silent as we turned a corner. Wanting to break it, I ran through my mind different things to say that would start a conversation.

"So," I started awkwardly. "Um, where you from?"

"A place called Logan back in Queensland," Gabby answered. "But I moved to Riverwood when I was ten."

"Oh okay," I said. "When is your birthday?"

"Well," she began. "My sister and I turned sixteen on the third of April."

We walked outside and she shivered.

"Brr sure is cold," she said through chattering teeth.

"Here." I put my arm around her and pulled Gabby into me. "Better?"

She raised her eye brows but snuggled into me anyway. "Better. Thanks."

The silence continued as we made our way down the streets; but this time it wasn't an awkward silence. It was pretty busy; but since most students would've been at school (according to Simon) we weren't recognized and for that I am glad.

"So which way to Starbucks?" I asked as we came to a stop at a 'T junction'.

"Hmm." Gabby glanced to the left then to the right before returning to the left. "This way I'm pretty sure."

I nodded and we changed direction; her body still pressed to mine.

"So when are you guys gonna visit Brisbane?" Gabby asked suddenly.

I pondered for a moment. "That's in Queensland right?"

She nodded.

"Pretty sure that's the second last city. You know after the one in Tasmania. Why?" I looked down at her.

She sighed. "Oh just wandering. I wanted to know how long it would be until I saw my friends that's all."

"Your friends huh?" I asked. "Tell me about them."

"Well." Gabby tucked a loose strand behind her ear. "I have two best friends not counting my sister. Debbie and Hayley. Hayley is crazy about you guys; a directioner like my sister. Debbie isn't really a fan but she does enjoy your music. Basically, she's in between Hayley and me on how much we like One Direction."
