i woke up to the sound of a mockingjay outside the window. I sat up and saw my Mother sitting in the kitchen. By the way it smelled I guessed the baker had given us some food.
"Mom?" I said drowsily.
"Good morning Prim, the baker brought us some bread. Come and have a little." The bread was nice and warm, the thin spread of goat cheese made it better.
"When do the opening ceromonies start?"
"Tonight at six."
The rest of the day I couldn't stand still. I couldn't wait to see Katniss again, even if through a screen. By the time it was 5:30 my eyes were stuck on the blank TV screen.
"Prim, honey, you know we have 30 minutes. Gale brought us some soup from the Hob. Come and eat."
I turned around and went over to eat. I have to admit the soup was good. We had little conversation and when it was six I turned on the TV.
"From district one we have the glamorus Glimmer and Marvel", Claudius Templesmith commentated,"Look at Cato and Clove awesome gold armor"
I droned out until we got to 11."Look at cute little Rue and strong Thresh... What is that behind them? Is that....
