Soon they reached venue.
Randhir introduced Sanyukta to everyone.
Parth joined them a bit late.

"Randhir, drinks?" one of his collegues asked him.

"No...Thanks..." "Please carry on..." He replied.

Sanyukta understood it.

"Its fine...you can have..." She said

"I don't want to have it...." He said

"Pehle aap.."

"Pehle ki baat aur thi...aab its different" He said.

Soon the host announce some set of awards.

Randhir was waiting for his turn. His name was announce and he went on stage to receive his award.
Everyone clapped for him.
Sanyukta stood there in the middle like a proud wife.
Tears of happiness formed in her eyes.
She was extremely proud and happy for Randhir.
The party got over and they got back home.
It was quite late.
Sanyukta grabbed her clothes to change but Randhir stopped her.

"Please....don't change Sanyukta..." He said.

She looked at him.

"You are looking very pretty today..." He said

"Randhir...but..." She stopped as he sense him coming close to her.

He caged her soft waist carefully.

"Randhir..." "Yeh aap..." She fumbled.

"Ssshhhh..." "Don't say anything Sanyukta..." He said.

He touch his forehead with hers.
Sanyukta closed her eyes instantly.

"Sanyukta...." He said

"Hmmm..." She replied.

"Kal tumhe kya hogaya tha..." "Muje itna hug kyu kar rahi thi tum..." He asked.

She opened her eyes and moved back a little.

"Bolo..." "Tumne kal mujse jo kaha...woh kyu kaha Sanyukta..." He said.

She blushed hard.

"Sanyukta...I want an answer..." He said grabbing her waist more tightly.

She looked at his eyes.

"Bolo..." He pulled her more close.

Sanyukta was still lost into his mesmerising eyes.

"Aap kuch mehsoos nahi hota Randhir..." She said with hopes in her eyes.

"Hota hai..." He said

"Hum bhi wahi mehsoos karte hai jo aap mehsoos karte ho" She said

Randhir came out of his trance.
He realise that he was dreaming.
He saw Sanyukta tieing her hair in a lose bun.
While in the process his eyes fell on her gorgeous bare back.
Randhir gulped a lump in his throat. She was now removing her earrings and slowly the knot of her blouse was getting lose.
She didn't notice his expressions.
But Randhir was losing himself in the moment. He started taking steps in her direction.
She turned back and found him coming to her.

"Kuch chaiye aapko?" She broke his trance.

"Haan...?" "Kya..." He stammered

"Humne pucha...aapko kuch chaiye..." She said

"Nahi..." He replied avoided eye contact with her.

She smiled and dashed inside washroom.
Randhir sighed and took a deep breathe.

"What's happening...?" "I am getting more and more attracted to her..." He questioned himself.

"I should have control on myself..." "Aagar usse aacha nahi laga toh.." He said in his heart.

"Randhir...change kar lijiye" She said again breaking his trance.

"Hmmm...." He quietly grabbed his clothes and dashed inside washroom to change.

She prepared coffee for them.
He came to kitchen and saw her pouring hot coffee into the two mugs.

"Coffee..." She said looking at him.

He smiled.

"Come to balcony..." She said He followed her words.
They sipped coffee in silence.
Randhir didn't move his eyes from her even for a second.

"Thank you Sanyukta..." He said

"Thank You?" "Randhir hum roz aapke liye coffee banate hai..." She said

"Coffee ke liye nahi...." "For gracing my side in the party" He said

"And for always supporting and understanding me" He added.

He tagged his fingers with her fingers.

"From morning till night" "You are there for me..." "Honestly I can't imagine myself without you Sanyukta" "Itni adaat ho chuki hai tumhari" "Hum shaadi ke baad kahi ghumne bhi nahi gaye...I give you time only in weekends but you never complain" "Thank you so much Sanyukta" "Thanks for everything you do for me" He said

"Randhir...I love to do all this things for you" She said

"It gives me happiness..." She added

He wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"I am very happy for you Randhir" "You have made me proud" "I am proud wife today...." She said

"Bas hum roz yahi wish karte hai...ki aapki har wish puri ho" "Aapko aur bhi zyada...bohot zyada success mile" "Aap woh sab achieve karo...jo aap chahte ho" She said.

Randhir was touched by her words.

"Jab hum aapko dekhte hai...hume lagta hai ki hum humara sapna jee rahe hai" She said.

Randhir realised it. He broke the hug and looked at her.

"Kya hua?" She asked him casually.

He nodded in NO.

But he understood everything what she goes through everyday.
She has lost her own identity in being an ideal and perfect wife for him.
He realised it and at the same time felt guilty about this fact.
No....He never wanted her to be like this.
He never wanted her to sacrifice her dreams and aspirations for him.
Why didn't he realise it before? He questioned himself.
The whole night Randhir couldn't sleep.
He was just thinking about the incident and Sanyukta's words.

"How could I do this to her?" He blamed himself.
He never realised.
He never thought about her feelings. He never tried to understand her.
He blamed himself.
She is just 23. Randhir never asked her about her dreams and aspirations. Though unknowingly but he never cared to ask her.
He always thought its due to their family restrictions that she doesn't want to work. But that's family pov what about her.
She was married to him at a young age. At this age, girls usually focus only on careers.
But she...she was married to him and she happily accepted her fate and became a perfect wife.
He didn't realise the injustice happening to her.
He felt guilty.
The way she said that she finds her happiness in his achievements and success. Why? She should be able to find her happiness in her work.
Not in someone else work.
He wants her to become independent.
Who has seen the future?
Don't know how their future will be...but she should be able to survive even without him.
He turned to her side. She was sleeping peacefully. He felt very terrible looking at her innocent face.

"How selfless she is?" "She never complaint or demand for anything?" He thought.

"I need to talk to her" he made a firm decision
