How to make a border

HOW TO MAKE A BORDER

Apps used: PicsArt

Step one; open the app and go to the draw section

Click on the pen

Step two; choose your picture/cover [for this I used wattpads cover size 512x800]
It should look like this when you open it

Step three; click on the square and circle overlapping thing
When you click it, it opens up to this

Step four; click on stroke

Step five; adjust your thickness [you could also choose your shape!]

Click on stroke>the square[or other shape]>adjust your thickness

Step six; reposition your border to fit the cover
It should look like this when on
