The Sight

Chapter 4

Everyone had decided that they were going to go for a run whilst I decided to just sit by the lake for a while, I was feeling lazy today.

I decided to sit under the willow tree that loomed over the lake and do my homework when I heard a rustling in the bushes to my left; I froze and slowly turned to look. As I did a huge grey wolf launched out from behind them and I scrambled back.

From its eyes I could tell that it was a werewolf and from the scent it was definitely a rogue-crap..

I slowly picked myself up off of the floor as it bared it's teeth and snarled at me revealing sharp canines, it let out a vicious snarl which made my stomach churn, it’s breath smelt like rotting meat and blood, I felt extremely sick as it stalked its way towards me.

What had only been minutes felt like hours as I panicked about what to do, I couldn't take on this wolf it was at least four times my size. Think think Avia think think. I was just about to pick up a rock and hopefully do some damage when a wolf of pure black flew out through the trees and pinned the grey wolf to the ground.

Snarls and whines echoed through the air as I watched on in horror as the wolves ripped shreds out of each other,the grey wolf yelped as the black wolf bit into it's throat letting it bleed out,I stood back not knowing what to do as the black wolf looked at me and nodded before darting off into the trees leaving me with a dead rogue in the open.

Sorry this chapter is so short, I wrote this at about 2 in the morning on my phone as my laptop was downstairs being a bitch nugget..Hope you enjoyed this more exciting but short chapter,tell me what you guys think?
