Technically being sober means that you haven't gotten drunk from drinking alcohol, but Demi has said that she hasn't touched alcohol or had a single drink in 5 years, which is not true.
Your girl does drink at social events, parties, etc. but she knows her limits and it's quite rare. Either way, still not quite what she's telling the public and media.
Although it's small, it contributes to a whole lot of things she's lied about.
