I walked into the library. "Goodmorning Jayla!" said Mrs. Hornet the librarian. "Goodmorning, is there any new books in?" I wondered. She pointed to a big stack set out for me. "Thanks!" I took the top book of and read the title. "The Girl of my Dreams" I sat down and started reading. It was mostly about a girl named Evonne who it went through her life. At the beginning of the book it told her birth date:
March 23rd, 1994, 9:54 p.m.
'Woah, thats the same time I was born!" I thought,"WOw weird coinsidence."
I read on.
Halfway threw it I started feeling sick. It said:
* Best friend died in a car
* Loves peanutbutter M&M's
* Stole a t-shirt from her brother
*Had 2 sisters and 1 brother
* Loved to swim
"That all related to me....Ok I'm getting freaked out..." I then looked down:
* Has a secret crush on Austin Mahone
I almost screamed. "This book is about me," I looked at the author," Gene (pronouced gin-ey) Shimmera, I have no idea who that is." I read on the book told all my deepest secrets, who I liked in 3rd grade, and went all the way up until that day it said.
"Evonne walked into the library and grabbed the first book she saw. She gasped reading it, it was all about her."
Then after that the rest of the book was blank. "Wait, What?" I asked,"How is it blank," just then a note fell out. I opened it.
Dear Jayla,
You probably read the book by now and saw it was about you. The rest of the pages are blank because you are to write them. You are to write what happens next. Then you're true destiny will be revealed.
