Louis's mum is obsessed with cats, and Louis hates it. He hates cats with a passion, now, because everything he wears is caked in their hair and they piss all over his clothes and claw on his furniture. He's had enough with all twelve cats that his mother owns, until, one day he has to bring one to the vet, and the desk receptionist - later introduced as Harry - has a certain charm that Louis tends to be pulled towards.
