Ocean

Ok Ok
I know I said a day like 2 days ago but I got really busy but here we go! ^^

You're an ocean

So large, dangerous and full of emotions

A deep dismal elating others with your beautiful blues

You're known everywhere but that's no news

You trap those close, underneath your rhythmic waves

Tricking them into believing everything is perfectly ok

But they don't know, as ignorant as can be

There is clearly no air under those waves to breathe

But maybe it's not clear, then again no one listens to me

It's obvious you're beautiful; the ocean, the sea

And yet I don't see

How CAN this be?

You're made up of materialistic  things, no deep meaning

You're calm during the day, a monster at night

Your tides of rage grow high to no one's delight

But then it's alright

They'll just wait for the light

Once the Sun comes up it'll all be normal again, right?

I thought that too.

And I'm here to say, "DON'T BE A FOOL!"

He'll never follow through

To him, you're just a tool

So don't get used

Be wise when you choose

He'll never behave

He doesn't want to be saved

Now don't try to be a hero or you'll end up like me

Someone who ended up under the waves, unable to breathe.

I was with the monster day and night

Trying to live with it was a constant fight.

Being with this monster, he was so concave

Keeping everything inside pretending he'd behave

He'd push out his charms like a convex lense

Kept everything else away, but that's past tense

I tried to help

I tried to make peace

But nothing did justice

You just can't tame the beast

Now my time is done

Now I've escaped those waves

I'm now just a ghost of a that girl

And the wind is my cave.
