im sorry for the lack of updates again. i don't have the time.

For some reason, Jungkook felt nervous as he placed the phone close to his ear after answering the call. "H-hello?" Okay, he didn't mean to sound that nervous, he seemed frightened. "Jungkook!" A well-known voice said. "Why don't you believe me?"

Taehyung seemed frustrated as he asked, and the younger couldn't help but blame himself since he would never let go of the topic. Jungkook did trust Taehyung, he really did, and even though the older had promised to tell him so many times already; Jungkook wanted to know immediately. What if Taehyung was seriously sick? Or what if someone hurt him? Jungkook was worried and even though it was a huge relief when Taehyung was able to go home from the hospital, the anxiousness was still filling Jungkook's body. Also, Taehyung was one of the few people in this world that wanted to keep Jungkook, or how should you explain it? Jungkook had barely had any friends in his seventeen years of life. When he was a lot younger, and maybe throughout first to third grade, he played with some boys and/or girls in his class, but people had always seemed to avoid him, and as he grew older, his parents seemed to be the same way.

That was something Jungkook didn't want to tell to others, that not even his parents liked him that much. They were the reason he was moving in a little more than a week. He didn't want to tell Taehyung about the real reason he was moving, maybe Taehyung would start to think the same way about him when he found out? Then Jungkook would be lonely - again. He had always been lonely, and he had finally found someone he cared about and it seemed like the person cared about him too, he wouldn't be able to go through another long time of loneliness again.

"Taehyung...I-I do believe you, I just-"
"Then, why does it not seem like it, Jungkook?"

Taehyung was getting mad, and it scared Jungkook, he had never seen (or well, heard) a mad Taehyung before, and he just couldn't handle people being mad at him. He had said so many times that he was asking just because of worry; maybe he cared too much? Maybe it seemed like he was really clingy or something? Well, Jungkook kind of was since the only one he had was Taehyung, but maybe it still was way too much.

"I'm...I'm sorry," Jungkook bit his lower lip hardly, he didn't want to cry. He wasn't that much of a baby, just because someone was angry? Keep it in. "I'm just worried." "You always say that, Jungkook, I know you are, but please, I will tell you once you get here." Jungkook noticed that the angriness was still slightly in Taehyung's voice, and he couldn't help but keep quiet. He couldn't say a thing. He didn't want to. "Jungkook?" And right then and there, the tears Jungkook had kept in for a way longer time than expected, made their way out. He had no idea why, but he just broke down. The softness that had suddenly appeared in the elder's voice instead of the angry tone that had been there just seconds before made him cry. Everything he had bottled up inside of him as he didn't have anyone to talk to came, and he let everything out. Jungkook opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out, only more tears through his eyes. "Jungkook? Are-are you okay? Did I say something? I'm sorry," Taehyung was now nervous, and Jungkook tried to calm himself down. "N-no," he managed to say with a shaky voice. "You didn't do anything," he continued. "I-I'm just...I'm sorry," Jungkook had to cover his mouth so his parents wouldn't hear him. Not that they cared anyways, they would only be annoyed at him for making any unnecessary sounds.

"It-it's just...you-you're the only one I have, Taehyung." The younger said with a shaky voice, leaving Taehyung speechless.

uhm yeah, a long chapter...still not that used to writing longer things omg i hope this was good?

there's a lot in school rn, i dont have as much time to update and i prefer to write the texting parts on my phone and these longer chapters on my computer, dont ask why, idk either.
