Learning the Truth
Illusions make my head dizzy
Leaving me weak and dreary
Wishful thinking and mindless dreaming
So much for my heart breaking
Turning around to see you gone
I see now you're just a daydream
Give me reasons to stay calm
'Cause I can't find a way to let off the steam
You gave me hint of your happiness
Hearing your name brings hurt and sadness
Tell me I'm just dreaming with this madness
Because it's not easy to be in this mess
I've been in love with you for over a year
Tell me, is it time to leave it all behind?
But then, what gets me is my fear
Telling me, there's nothing left for you to find.
Learning the truth isn't easy
Especially when you're not ready
I see the way your eyes twinkle when you see her
Leaving me dumb enough to find after
You've got this circle of secrets
But all I got is all these regrets
That's keeping me wounded and out of breath
What if I told you now, would it be for the best?
