Kaden's POV.
After our mischievous celebration near the lake, Silk and I headed to our favourite diner, and although we were a little bit tipsy from the few drinks around the campfire, we managed to sit down and order our food.
Halfway through our conversation about icons in America we want to see, Silk's eyes widen.
"We should go on a road trip! You and I, with only the open road ahead, it would be incredible"
Maybe it was the drinks, or maybe it was the desire to be with this girl, but I found myself nodding in agreement and encouraging her plan.
"Let's leave tonight"
