Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 8 seconds. Exhale for 8 seconds.
It works for me,and my exams are going on too so haha yea...i needed this...But yay,tomorrow is my last exam,Also,i deleted my bored book in the past but cuz i'm gonna be free for the winter holidays and the rest of a few days,i thought why not do it again,i mean,should i? What do you think?

You know,My mom says Do what you want but after i started 9th grade she said she wants me to be a doctor,I wanted to do art,But she thinks Being an artist won't be a good decision cuz if i choose art..then i won't be successful in my future,So u chose what she wanted and now whenever i look back,I think that if i tried...maybe,just maybe i could've said something about what i wanted to do because she won't let me change now.
Todays message from me is:- Do what you want,Never listen to what others want you to do,If you Really have to,Observe what they say,If it's something you agree on,if it'll make you happy,it that's what YOU want then Go for it,Never think of it as a regret,Because a decision made from the heart and Looked over by your mind can be a powerful decision for you and your future.
