Okumura's sister (blue exorcist fanfic)

I'm Kurai Tanaka, daughter of Satan. Technically I'm only half demon but I'm still as strong and maybe even stronger than the eight demon kings. I'm 17 years old and already bored of my regular life in Gehenna, the only exciting things that I get to do is play with Amaimon and listen to Mephisto's stories, but those stories are the best of things about the different cultures and things like that in Assiah, my favourite stories though are the ones about Japan, I don't know why but I find that place so intriguing!

"so at the moment things are the same but I think things are going to be getting more exciting than they ever have soon!" Mephisto tells me about his time in Assiah over the phone, I sigh "what's the matter Kurai? You don't seem as excited as you usually are." Mephisto asks

"well it's just that it's so boring in Gehenna these days. And it's just that you're a full demon and in Assiah while I'm only half demon and in Gehenna! I just wish I could be in Assiah as well is all." I confess

"well I might be able to help with that..." I can tell he's smirking at this point

"really? How?" I ask

"well the new semester is starting at the academy I run in a few days and maybe you could come and attend as a new student but you will be held back a year since you're don't really know much."

"oh my god!! Are you serious?! That would be the best thing in the entire world!!" I shout down the phone

"alright it's decided then you'll be attending True Cross Academy. I'll get you transported with the next few hours and make sure you have your necklace with you." Mephisto hangs up

I get my necklace, demon sword (the black sword on the left in the photo) and my photo of mother. I'm ready to go to Assiah.

I knock on the door to Mephisto's office

"enter" he commands me

I enter the room and run up to Mephisto and hug him

"ah you're finally here Kurai." Mephisto states the obvious

"yep" I say popping the 'p'

"well you took a lot longer than I thought you would, the regular classes have already begun" Mephisto brakes away from the hug

"oh no! I was really looking forward to going to class. Isn't there any other classes I could take?" I ask him eager to do something

"well there is one but I don't know if the best place for you..."

"what is it? Tell me!" I pout at him

"well there is the cram school where you learn to become an exorcist like me, you can go if you want" Mephisto informs me

" ok, I'll go. It'd be fun to learn about exorcism." Mephisto laughs a bit at me

"what's so funny!" I shout at him

"I just find it funny is all. It's just that the daughter of Satan becoming an exorcist makes me laugh a bit is all"

"well isn't that the pot calling the kettle black" I spit back at him

"ok then, the cram school starts in 5 minutes, get this uniform and on and then I'll show you to your class." He chucks a PINK school uniform at me

"you expect me to wear this?! You got to be kidding me! I can't wear pink!" I moan at him

"fine, how about this one then?" he chucks a different uniform at me

"now this is way better. Why didn't you just give me this one in the first place?"

"because that is the old school uniform for the girls before it got changed, now just hurry up and get dressed already or you're going to be late."

"fine" I go into the bathroom and get dressed (she is wearing what she's wearing on the front cover)

I walk out of the bathroom wearing the uniform, my sword on my back which goes all the way down to my knees and my necklace.

"alright lets go then" Mephisto says as soon as he sees me, getting out of his chair he walks to his closet and opens it with a key

"using this key in any door you can go to the cram school." He hands me the key and we enter. He shapshifts into a dog and we walk down the corridor then stop at a door

"this is your class room, you should know though that they have already had a few classes before this one today so it's not everyone's first day unlike you." I nod in reply "and make sure to control your flames, nobody can know your true identity." I nod again "alright then, I shall be leaving you now, have fun!" Mephisto smiles at me then disappears in a puff of smoke.

I open the door and all eyes are on me...

I'll put the photo of the mother and the photo of the necklace in the next few chapters. hope you enjoyed this, it's a working progress but I'm hoping it with work out because blue exorcist is my favourite anime. please vote, fan and please comment so I can get your opinion on this fanfic, do you think I should carry on with it or not?
