What I will need to make the cover:
• Title
• genre/ type
• User
• description on book (to give me an idea)
• who/ doesn't have to be answered (who you want on the cover)
• background
• theme (if you have or want one)
• quote (if you want one, you can ask for a specific type, or a certain one)
Manips form;
• who (3 people max) it would be handy if you sent me a pic you'd like too
• where, at an event or not
• setting, day or night
Icon form
What I will need to make the icon:

• social media account you want it for
• who you would like on the icon (if an image link is sent in it would make it easer for me to make the icon and quicker)

Header form
What I will need to make the header:
