First off, Nomura-san lied to us when he said there wasn't going to be any KH III news, when clearly we've got this:

That's right, everyone, drive forms are coming back for Kingdom Hearts III. The Kingdom Hearts Twitter account revealed two of which go by Guard form (top) and Power form (bottom), and as we can see, Sora's outfit is looking fresh 🔥🔥
My personal take on this (story wise) is that it would be effect of the Keyblade transformation that changes his clothes.
Now drives aside, two things caught my eye:
• The obvious improvement in the graphics. Sora's hair isn't as green like in the E3 2015 trailer:

It has a more brownish tone. Not to mention, his model doesn't look so much like a Barbie doll, which is greatly appreciated.
● Sora is in the Olympus world with his new outfit. In the E3 2015 trailer, we saw him in his Kingdom Hearts II outfit, but now we see him in his Kingdom Hearts 3 outfit in the same world.
