Sooo this is for xStarxKillax I hope you like it!
It had taken us a while to actually the get the kitten off of Alfie, he kept hiding it under his jumper and saying that he’d eaten it. It took Zoe to arrive at the flat and distract him for Caspar to actually get a cuddle with the bundle of fluff.
We were now lying on Caspar’s bed with the kitten soundly sleeping on his stomach. I had my head resting on Caspar’s shoulder as he ran a hand through my hair.
‘I think we should name it.’
‘It’s a she.’ I said sternly as caspar sighed.
‘Well okay then. I think we should name her then.’ I laughed at his reply.
‘Yup. I assumed we weren’t going to leave her nameless for the rest of her life.’
‘Are you always going to be this sarcastic?’ I could feel him laughing.
‘I am what I am.’ I shrugged as well as I could lying down.
‘And I guess I like you for that.’ He was still laughing.
‘Anyway. Idiot. Name ideas? It should be something special. Something to do with us.’
‘Alcohol? That is how we met?’
‘I am not naming our kitten alcohol.’
‘What about tequila? I think that’d be quite cute.’
‘You are joking right?’
Caspar’s laughing meant that his stomach was moving a lot and had woken up the kitten. It’s little face looked all disgruntled.
‘Awww looks like this little thing loves sleep as much as we do.’
Caspar started to stroke it and it began to look less and less grumpy and began to purr.
‘What about cereal?’ I said jokingly
‘Wait. That’s not a bad idea.’ Caspar looked at me with his wide eyes.
‘I was kidding the kitten is not going to be called cereal.’
‘No stupid I was thinking of Cocoa Puffs. Why don’t we name her Coco Puffs?’
‘Coco or puff for short. I like it.’
‘Well that’s done then.’
I picked up the little kitten and booped her on the nose.
‘Welcome to the family Puff.’
