Next you will run into Missingo. Make sure you have an empty space in your party, then make sure it has no health and no level. Catch it. It will be a bad egg, but it will still be fainted. Put it into the computer then when you take it out it should be good. If you look at the status it will be Pokerus if you leave it in your party the other Pokemon will get it and the bad eggs almost never hatch, so they last forever. If you catch one with a level and health, it doesn't count as you are catching it.
