your mother visited me today. she handed me an envelope saying that it was from you.
do you have any idea how my heart clenched so much just from the mere mention of your name? I was so confused. my emotions were torn between the thin line of anticipation and sorrow.
she told me that just before you... departed, you asked her if she could give me that letter a year after you'll.. cross the other side.
I was hesitant to take it from her. I wasn't ready. I was never ready.
I will never be ready.
however, your mother gently took my hand and placed it on my palm. she pleaded me to accept it and open by tomorrow.
as I am writing this letter, I am currently staring at the envelope. I don't know what its content is but I'm scared to dive deeper into it. I love you so much, (y/n) but.. everything still hurts.
I don't want to accept the fact that it will be turning a year since I've last seen you. I don't want to reminisce everything that happened that day.
