In the year 3014, cancer has been cured, solar energy is the most used type of energy and population is under control. Wars and crimes are still occurring but it is at what most consider to be a tolerable rate.
But men run the world.
All women are contained underground, waiting only to be bought by men to become sex slaves, servants, or to reproduce. They live off of scraps of food and clothing from the men. They do not have great sanitary conditions, which can lead to disease, their water is unclean and they are provided with two small meals a day.
And no one tries to change anything. Because the women who attempt are executed before they are noticed, and the men simply do not question.
So, what happens when one girl decides that there should be more than this for her? Can she really change anything?
