They open the door
Pick up my book
Smile at me
Wave at me
Talk to me
Care about me
Make me laugh
Hug me
Pat my head
Every little thing they do
Makes my heart skip a beat
They make me smile
Feel something wonderful from within
They are perfect for me
But sadly I'm not perfect for them
They don't always smile when I smile
They don't always laugh when I joke
They don't always answer back
They don't always wave back
They don't see me like I do them
But instead see another
I smile
I know they will be happy
Cause they are always smiling
Laughing
Hugging
Patting each others head
Doing the little things
The ones that show love
In little ways
Even if it's a different love for me
I can still feel it
