- Stress balls work really well
- Take some time to do things that you enjoy, such as draw, paint, or journal
- Watch relaxing videos on YouTube or IG (if you're into that)
- Find someone to vent all your feelings to, or even write your feelings down
- Take a relaxing bath at night, with candles and dimmed lights, etc.
- Watch funny movies, or your favourite movies
- Get together with friends or family to distract yourself
- Listen to calming or your favourite music
- Take an off day to go shopping, go to the spa, or other distracting things outside of your house
- Try to stay away from too much social media
- Do some meditation
