Trapped

in a small place

no one knows your

name. You're

just that girl

who never speaks,

who is consistently

overlooked.

You want to be

big,

beautiful,

unignoralble.

But chains

hold youdown

on te groun

where they all say you

belong.

People expect the predictable

and the known.

They expect perfection

and nothing less.

You're supposed to be flawless--

a goal unreachable.

You are flawed and damaged,

a little insecure, and

sometimes crazy--

we all cant be perfect.

Be free.

Break away from

the things that hold you

back from glory.

Wear your insecurities

like a crown:

be proud to be you.

Smile, say goodbye to all

you've ever known,

put on your wings, and

fly.
