Decay is the response to Entry #54.
Its description decode to "endhim".
In this video appears a footage of:
-Alex and the Operator taken from Entry #26 followed by the sentence "YOU CAUSED THIS";
-Alex taken from Entry #49 with written "YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGIVEN";
-Jay coughing on the floor in Brian's house in Entry #16 following from the sentence "HE WILL LEAD ME TO YOU";
-Jay from Entry #50 followed by the text "LEAD ME TO DEATH";
-an orange version of Rosswood Park from Entry #49 with written "LEAD ME TO THE ARK". Near it, the numbers that flash decode to "NO CHOICE";
-and a completely with guy with red eyes with the text "ALWAYS WATCHING".
I think that "YOU CAUSED THIS" and "YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGIVEN" could referring to both Jay and Alex. To Jay because he didn't quit his investigation, like ToTheArk suggest/suggests him several times, and so re-drag Alex (and lately also Tim) into the Operator's power and he will never be forgiven by Alex; but also Alex himself "caused this" killing Amy and doing all that bad things under the Operator's influx.
Also it was uploaded on April 4, Alex's birthday. The last six or seven seconds of the audio contain a spectrogram message: "TODAY IS YOUR LAST BIRTHDAY", this mean that in the video ToTheArk talk/talks mainly with Alex.
At the end can be seen a distorted, green eye, more likely Jay's eye, since he is the only character with green eyes.
The number "4" in Chinese culture is associated with death, and shows up many times in this video.
