heart broken

I know I was horrible

But you were bad too.

All the back and forth wasn't healthy,

But it kept me on my toes.

I became a better person, just to get my heart broken.

So I put on my poker face and move on with life,

But I definitley won't forget the time we were together.

I never knew how easy it was for someone to move on,

But I guess things change when you are replaced.

So here I am, pretending to be strong,

Drinking all my feelings away because you aren't where you belong.

I know I was wrong,

But you were wrong too.

Now I'm sitting here here heart broken, getting ready to move on.

This is a true story about something that has recently happened and I just wanted to let my feelings out.

Remember that if you believe you love someone, rethink that statement. Don't fall in love so easily because you're just going to get hurt.
