You've beaten me and pummeled me
Jeered at me and told me I was worthless
Yet still I've survived
When I thought no one cared I lived on
You thought you've defeated me but to survive is victory...
You thought you were strong but you were weak...
You told me I was worthless and hated...
You taught me to live in terror of everyone...
Yet I'm learning to trust in spite of you..
I've found my happiness in spite of all your hatred and spite...
I've found that life was worth every second I've lived it..
i thought that death would be the only escape but I found another way..
And here I stand..
I am not perfect and I may be broken still..
But I shall heal and I shall persevere...
If life is a war then I intend to be the victor..
So when you feel like giving in and ending it all just remember theres more. Theres always more never let them have their victory survive persevere make something to be remembered by.. But never surrender the battle. When it becomes too much don't let em see yah cry. Always remember someone DOES care out there. Don't be afraid to trust until its too late.. A message to people who've had difficulties in life. Whatever you do DO NOT surrender cause its never more fun than showing them bastards they were wrong and that you WILL survive and succeed in spite of them. : ) Find your joys and your sorrows shrug off the blows and the sorrows never let them know they hurt you.. Life is terrible at times but it is joyful so if you're going through this just hold on! If you feel like its all too much then I'm willing to listen if you're willing to talk. this is to all those people out there who suffer through life but more importantly to those who are bullied or abused or told they're worthless or think no one cares. Well someone does cause I cared enough to write all this crap no ones likely to read. xD
