Brendan and Andrea

Brendan sits by the rocks above the waterfall. 19:24

Andrea sets out to go find Brendan so she can have a little 'chat' with him big grin 19:25

Anna prances right next to Andrea 19:27

Gracie carves into a piece of wood while she sits at home. 19:27

Andrea miraculously finds Brendan super quick and marches right up to him. "Hi Brendan." 19:29

Brendan blinks and looks up. "Oh. Hello, Andrea." 19:29

Anna bounces around 19:30

Brendan glances at Anna and smiles at her. 19:30

Andrea: Can I talk to you about something? It's kind of important. 19:30

Brendan nods slowly, somewhat sure he already knows what this is about. "Yes?" 19:31

Andrea crosses her arms. "Why would you let Gracie do all the messed up shit that she is doing?" 19:32

Brendan raises an eyebrow and licks his lips. "... There's really not much I can do to stop her." 19:33

Andrea stamps her foot. "Yes there is! How about tell her no?! Or is it too much for you to make her unhappy? What is she not going to love you if you tell her no or something?" 19:35

Brendan clears his throat and stands up. "It's complicated with her, alright? And she has good reasons for what she's doing." 19:36

Andrea grinds her teeth. "You didn't even tell me what was happening. You stood there and watched her do all these horrible things and you couldn't even tell me!" 19:37

Brendan puts his hands in his pockets. "You didn't need to know, Andrea. And she didn't want you to know either." 19:38

Andrea: I didn't need to know?! She's my best friend and you couldn't tell me... You let her turn into this horrible girl right behind my back! It's your fault! 19:40

Andrea stamps her foot. "Yes there is! How about tell her no?! Or is it too much for you to make her unhappy? What is she not going to love you if you tell her no or something?" 19:35

Brendan clears his throat and stands up. "It's complicated with her, alright? And she has good reasons for what she's doing." 19:36

Brendan puts his hands in his pockets. "You didn't need to know, Andrea. And she didn't want you to know either." 19:38

Andrea: I didn't need to know?! She's my best friend and you couldn't tell me... You let her turn into this horrible girl right behind my back! It's your fault! 19:40

Brendan gulps and crosses his arms. "She was my friend first. She asked me to keep a secret and I kept it, Andrea. She's not a horrible person. She's been through war and it broke her. That's all." He turns around to walk away. 19:43

Andrea: Don't you walk away from me Brendan. I'm not finished. Has Gracie told you she's going crazy? Has she told you she still sees Cameron? Huh? Still sees her old boyfriend that's fucking dead. 19:45

Brendan stares at Andrea a moment. "I ... No, you're wrong." 19:45

Andrea: Really? I'm wrong? So Gracie just screams at air now right? She's totally not hallucinating or anything. 19:46

Brendan: Just shut up, Andrea! She's fine! Okay?! She'll be fine! 19:48

Andrea: She'll be fine?? Seeing dead people is not fine, Brendan!! 19:48

Brendan turns and stomps away again. 19:49

Andrea poofs in front of him and pushes him back. "Brendan, you need to listen to me! Gracie is not just going to get better by herself and the things that she's doing are not helping!" 19:50

Brendan: Well, what are we supposed to do? There is a WAR going on, Andrea! We don't have a choice. We have to do these things or it will never end. 19:51

Andrea: So there's a war going on... That makes it okay to keep Gracie crazy? Keep holding secrets from everyone? Do you know how much attention you could bring from holding Acherson here?! 19:53

Brendan takes a deep breath and rubs his temples. "You try coming up with a better solution." 19:54

Andrea crosses her arms. "How do you expect to win a war by being just as horrible as the Capitol? Why would anyone want to side with us? We want to be better than them, not worse." 19:56

Brendan: Right. 'Cause that has gotten us so far... 19:56

Andrea: Well maybe if we actually planned something together as a group we could actually do something the right way instead of kidnapping a god damn gamemaker! 19:58

Brendan shrugs. "It's helped us so far. We've been getting information from him." 19:59

Andrea: Yeah and can I ask how Zoe has reacted to all this? 20:00

Brendan gulps. "She wasn't supposed to find out." 20:01

Andrea: Oh well either way that's just great. Isn't it? 20:01

Brendan glares at Andrea silently. 20:02

Andrea keeps her arms crossed tightly over her chest. "Don't you realize the things you and Gracie are doing impact everyone here just as much as, or maybe even more than, the Capitol?" 20:04

Andrea: And don't you think there are consequences all around to what you guys are doing? 20:06

Brendan nods. 20:07

Andrea: Then stop fucking doing it, Brendan!!! 20:08

Brendan rolls his eyes. "We've been holding back. Acherson stays. Gracie doesn't get to torture him anymore. I'll take care of her. Deal?" He turns and walks away again without letting her answer. 20:09

Andrea clenches her jaw, but let's him walk away. 20:11
