This is a poem I wrote in reference to the legend of the Fountain of Youth. I hope you like it!
Renewed life, replenished youth
Forever living, on and on
Sweet tasting, ever lasting
A fountain of no ending
Just one sip, just one taste
Just a touch to the lips
Just to end this closing race
A fountain of everlasting life
Spill not one drop
Rare it be, hard to find
Energy beyond compare
A fountain of life
Searching, no luck
Waste of breath
To receive breath in return
A fountain of immortality
Crimson fluids spilled
Arguments fought and lost
Negativities stronghold
A fountain of lost souls
No end
No death
No fear
A fountain of youth
