What you will need:
•belief
•bowl of (room temperature water)
•necklace
•hands
•quiet place
•full moon
Method:
1.Get your bowl of room temperature water and sit it down on the ground.
2.grab you necklace and hold it in your hands, put your hands in the bowl of water.
3. Say this spell;
Mother of nature, father of the sea, I have one wish I would like you to grant of mine. Please give me the power of controlling water, I will use this power for good not evil and I promise I will use it wisely through out my life, so mote it be
4.take your hands out of the water and put the necklace on, wear it over night
Now just keep on trying to move water , You should be in full control of your power by the next full moon. So good luck and remember to keep on trying
