1. Love Yourself

  Write down things that you love about yourself. Have your friends and family write things down about you that they like. Cut the things out and put them in a can/jar. Every morning pull out one. It is a surefire way to motivate yourself.

2. Change the way you think about food.

   Don't say "Oh that will make me fat. That has too many calories." Say "Hey, I need some energy. My body needs energy. That food is pure energy."

  Think of food as pure fuel for your body, & considering how it will make you feel or how much energy it will give you. You know that your body (& your brain) work better when you feed yourself with fresh raw vegetables & lots of water & fruit, & that you feel sluggish & useless when you eat that fried food.
