"REBUEN!" i screamed as i the rained splat on me. It followed my tears, down to a puddle. I was on a bench, and i was so lonely. I needed a friend. A companion. A pig. I needed Reuben. I needed someone in my life that'd always be there for me. Through my cries, i heard nothing but rain, and Reuben's oinks. I heard something on the stone. I squinted. It was hard to see everything through the thick rain. Who would be here now? A black jacket, Blue eyed, and blond haired male. It was Lukas. "Lukas...? What are you doing here?" I asked him, not needing to wipe away my tears, thus the rain did so. "I heard cries, and it resembled to your voice. So i thought you needed a friend." He said. He sat close to me on the bench. "Whats up?" He says. "Re-re-Reuben...." I said , drifting my voice softer and softer. "He's in a better place now." Lukas says. "I know, i just really miss 'em" i manage to say before bursting into another round of tears. I shivered in the freezing cold rain. I brought my jacket closer to me. It took me a second to realize there was a jacket by me. I looked over at Lukas, only wearing a purple, black, and white striped T-Shirt. I frowned. Why would he do that? Why did i feel weird, and why did i feel weird looking at him? I blushed, and he stood up. "Ill walk you home" He said. I got up, side by him. We started walking towards my treehouse. I walked closer by him until our shoulders touched. I lowered my hand and he grabbed mine.
Time Later, we arrived there.
"Thanks, Lukas" He Smiled at me.
"Hey, Um, would you like to go to... Dinner tomorrow?" Lukas Asked.
"Yeah, I guess" Said Jesse "Great..." Said Lukas, being cut off by his own blush. "Ill Pick you up at 5:30?" He finished. "See you then" I said.
