Colton's POV

We were late at class. Not a very good start for the first day.

Yet, Miss Kim doesn't seem to be bothered.

We went straight to the back part of the room, where the vacant seats were. Just as we sat down, Miss Kim started talking.

"o sya class iaasign ko na ang mga permanent seats niyo and yeah ichichika ko na ang plans na nahanda ng board para sa section na ito"

A lot was happening. Too many things going on.

After all the fuss, we ended up to this arrangement:

There was nobody to talk to and the subject at hand was boring. As a last resort, decided to take a nap.

I was on the verge if falling asleep, when somebody called my name.

Now who could this possibly be? Yes, I am a bit irritated. Who wouldn't be? No one would like to be disturbed from sleep.

I looked up and was shocked to see two mesmerizing brown orbs staring back at me. All the irritation were set aside.

I could have got lost just by staring at those eyes. But that moment ceased to happen, for she quickly pulled away.

As she turned around, a wiff of strawberry enveloped the air around me. That was what her would've smelled like.

My thoughts were interrupted by another call.

I looked straight at the voice's direction.

Hunter.

His shoulders were slumped and he had a forlorn look on his face.

I couldn't help but smile at his misfortune. He looked like a lost child desperate for help.

The girl with brown eyes was still crossing my vision as I watch Hunter with amusement. It couldn't be helped. She is sitting right in front of me, and Hunter is also infront of her.

That's when I realized, the air 'round me was still thick with her scent. It was invading my senses. It's too tempting.

I wanted to move closer. I wanted to touch her hair, to know if it is really soft as much as it seems.

"Colton…", Hunter pouted.

My thoughts were again interrupted.

If it wasn't for him I would've done it.

I was saved from doing something ridiculous.

Yet…

I don't feel right.

Should I've done it?
