Chapter six

Two minutes later we were in two sits listening for hints of our future from some lady. They were like riddles.

" living is one, forever is two, together is three" she spoke.

" well anything else?" Parker asked.

She became silent. Parker stood up and grabbed my hand.

" time to leave" he stated.

I got up and opened the door. We crawled out and locked it.

" run to the entrance, I'll get the bags" parker told me.

I began to run to the entrance of my house. I unlocked and opened the door. A gust of cold wind threw my hair back.

" ahh" I screamed as I turned.

" oh sorry did I startle you?" Parker grinned.

" NO... Yes.."

Parker laughed showing his shimmering teeth.

" do you have a car?" he asked me.

" yeah"

" is it fast?"

" yes" It was a white Bmw sports car. I grabbed him by the hand and led him to it.

"perfect" parker said walking up to the car.

I pulled the keys out of my pocket and unlocked the car door

"hop in" I insisted.

Parker opened the passenger door, but climbed into the drivers seat.

"ummm?"

" what you actually think I'm going to let you drive" Parker winked.

I rolled my eyes and walked over to the passenger seat.

" it's a good thing you can't read my mind" I said trying to sound scary.

"haha that's what you think" Parker broke out laughing.

...fail...

A huge roar came from the engine and within seconds we were out of the drive way and heading to a random unknown location.

It was so silent, I decided to turn on the music. The sound of rock music filled the car in an instant. I quickly changed the channel. This time is was some sappy music. Ughh. I changed again to this country music. I gave up and turned the radio off.

"so.." I said to Parker

"yes" Parkers eyes drifted to mine.

" where are we going?" I said breaking away from our connecting eyes.

" it's a surprise"

" really? Can't you just make this easier and tell me"

" actually I can't tis to say and info right now"

I frowned. " fine "

"Let's have fun tonight"

" um okay" I said smiling.

He smiled back. Our eyes locked again.

After a while we ended up in the downtown area of our little town. There was so much to do!

"hey, you wana see those movies that are shown on the side of buildings?" Parker asked me.

" yeah why not"

" okay but don't you want to grab a bite first"

" a bite?" I said scared.

"as in a snack or food, not blood, fast food" he said cutely correcting himself.

" haha okay" I said

We went to the drive through of McDonalds. We got two chicken burgers and one large fries.

Then we headed to the building on assent street.

" can you see the movie from here?"

" yeah it's perfect" I answered his question.

We began to eat. The movie ended up being a sad love movie. Figures.

Half way in the movie. I reclined my chair I was beginning to get tired.

" whit, go to sleep if your tired"

" no it's okay, I want to watch the movie with you" I said smiling.

Parker inched is hand to mine. He put his fingers in between the spaces. Now we were holding hand.

I looked up and him. His eyes became big. I leaned in. So did he. Then our lips touched. His lips were cold. The sent shivers down my spine. I closed my eyes. But for some reason I could still see him. The connection was huge. His other hand was now on my face. After another ten second we both broke away.

His eyes were so open. They were almost piercing mine. Being with him was a beautiful pain.

" your amazing" he said to me with his quiet voice.

I smiled at him

"nothing compared to you" I whispered to him.

He pointed to the side of his chair gesturing me to come next to him.

I got up and moved. He put his free arm around me. I rested my face against his chest. I could hear his heart beating.

He kissed my forehead.

With the prantiline after us, a crazy killer on the loose, and everything becoming hectic, I still felt safe. I think I love him...
