Happily Ever After

Chapter 1: Moving In

Today was the day, the day that all the princesses moved into their new home at the castle. All the girls were practically skipping to the large glass doors as the poor butlers hauled their bags behind them.

Ariel was the first one to speak up, "I can't wait!" She pressed her hands to the door.

"We'll go on now, open the doors." Belle chimed in.

Ariel put one foot behind her and pushed the door as hard as she could, it stayed shut.

"It's locked." said Snow White grumpily as she held up a shiny key.

Ariel rolled her eyes at Snow White as one strand of red hair fell in her face.

Snow White unlocked the door, slowly and properly, and opened it, revealing a huge lobby with glistening white floors and high ceilings with extravagant chandeliers hanging in every visible room. All the girls beamed and stared in awe as they feasted their eyes on their new home.

"It's gorgeous! And it's all for us?" Tiana said, walking forward and bumping into a distracted Aurora.

"Aurora, pick yourself up and stop staring at your reflection!" Snow White said as she glided across the floor.

"Look Snow the floor is made of mirrors!" Aurora said as she poked her finger onto the tile floor.

A loud groan escaped Snow White's lips as she rolled her eyes, "The floor is just clean, that's all." Snow White moved closer to Aurora, bent down and whispered in her ear, "Maybe Cinderella was around." Both girls giggled and stared at Cinderella. Cinderella rolled her eyes and turned back the the group of squealing girls.

"All of your bedrooms are on the second level; now follow me." Said a short butler.

All the girls followed the butler upstairs. Ariel was in front and Snow White and Aurora were giggling in the back. The first room they passed was decorated with blue and green walls and a large bed in the middle of the room. Everyone stared at the room waiting for the butler to say something.

"Mulan, this is your room." He said. Mulan had a smile pressed to her face as she entered the room.

The next room had pale blue walls with hints of glitter, this room also had a large bed but this one had sheer fabric hanging over it from the ceiling.

"Cinderella this is your room." Said the butler. Cinderella smiled as she walked to her room. Snow White and Aurora giggled as the rest of the group moved on. The thing is, the other girls would have just let this go, but not Cinderella. She stomped over to Snow White and she stuck her face right next to Snow White's.

"You." She said, clearly angry. She bent down and put her left hand at her knee cap. "Me." She put her right hand above her head then walked gracefully back to her room.

Time went on and all the girls found their room, and each princess was very happy. Now everyone was together in the only room with a TV in the entire castle. Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel and Elsa all sat on a large, white, couch while enjoying whatever was on TV. Ariel and Ana were in the corner of the room, talking about anything and everything. Cinderella, Belle and Jasmine were "talking" but it was more of Jasmine sharing another story about her and Aladdin (the girl never stops!) and Belle was catching up on her studying. Snow White and Aurora were by the door. Snow White was staring and talking to her mirror that she takes everywhere with her while Aurora sat trying to count how many tiles were on the floor, stopping occasionally to tell Snow White how pretty she was.

Yay first chapter! This chapter was short, I know but I just wanted to introduce important characters (Cinderella, Snow White & Aurora, mostly). I hope you got to see how they act around each other.
