Hey guys, this will probably be my last post in awhile. I just found out that my grandpa is now breathing only by a machine and has maybe a week left.

Married to Belva Martin for 57 years

Drafted into the Army at age 17

A loving grandparent, father, wife, brother, family.

I love you grandpa, and I visited you yesterday and it will probably be the last time I will ever see you. Even through all the pain, suffering, and confusion you were going through yesterday, you still remembered your wife's name, birthday, anniversary. Your daughters name, birthday, anniversary. Every single one of your grand children's names, birthdays.

We all love you grandpa, we know you love us and that you so badly want to just hug us one last time, say I love you to your wife one last time, we still know and understand that you love us.

May God be with you on your journey and forever.

Amen
