Chapter 1

"Princess, anak! Will you hurry up? Baka ma-late tayo sa meeting natin darling."


Sigaw ni mommy from the living room. Shit kasi. Nakalimutan ko na may important meeting pala kami.


"I'm here mom." As I show them my decent clothes.


Mom & Dad examined me. What's the fuss?


"I-is there a problem mom? Dad?" I asked them, para kasi silang ewan! Ngumi-ngiti na parang may binabalak. Kinakabahan tuloy ako, shet.


"Nothing darling. Let's go?" Sabi ni dad.


By the way, I'm Princess Sofia Montaverde. The only daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Montaverde the owners of the finest resorts around the globe.


Hindi ko maintindihan kasi bakit kelangan pa ako kasama dito sa meeting eh hindi naman nila ako kasama kapag nag memeeting sila? That's odd.


"Where are we going mom?" I asked mom. Nakaka curious kasi eh.


"Mr. Del Castillo's hotel in Subic. He wants to discuss us some matters." Mom said while playing with my hair.


"D-del Castillo? Eh ba't kelangan kasama pa ako?"


Kila Jerome Kyle Del Castillo?! OMG. MAKIKILALA KO NA ANG ULTIMATE CRUSH KO!!! DAMNNNN!!


"You'll know soon, Princess." Dad said.

"We're here Mr. & Mrs. Montaverde." Sabi ng driver namin.


Bumaba na kami sa lobby. Sinalubong kami ni Mr. Del Castillo & Jerome.


OMG. Gwapo parin niya. Di parin kumukupas, hay sana sakin ka nalang Jerome. Assuming ko naman kaasar. >.<


"Welcome Mr. Zac Montaverde & Mrs. Pia Montaverde to my hotel here in Subic." Sabi ni Mr. Del Castillo.


"Glad to be here, Mr. Roman Castillo. Might wanna introduce that young man beside you?" Sabi ni mom. OMG MOM! CRUSH KO YAN!!


"This is my son, Jerome Kyle Del Castillo. I think you heard his name in news, that youngest businessman in the world. So, Mr. Zac Montaverde. Is that you're daughter?" Mr. Del Castillo asked.


"Yes, Roman. My only daughter. Princess Sofia Montaverde." Sabi ni dad.


"Glad to be here Mr. Del Castillo and meet the best businessmen." And I flashed my oh-so-pretty smile.


"Nako, iha. Just call me tito, I know that you'll be my daughter-in-law."


"..daughter-in-law."

"..daughter-in-law."


WHAT?! I'M MARRYING HIS SON JEROME?! Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko?!



"So shall we? The lunch is served." Sabi ni tito Roman.


Nagpahuli kami ni mama and I asked her.


"I'm marrying Jerome Kyle?" I asked


"Yes, Princess. The Montaverde resorts & Del Castillo hotels wants to merge. And soon Jerome will be the CEO Chairman of everything when you got married."

"Ohh.." Yun nalang nasabi ko.


It's just a business deal. What the hell.


While we're having lunch Tito Roman opened the arranged marriage thingy.


"So when will you want this kids married?" Tanong niya kay dad.


"Maybe next month Roman. Everything will be settled." Sabi ni mama.


"Well that's good. I'm looking foward to meet my daughter-in-law." Sabi ni tito Roman.


I just smiled. Ba't parang di man lang umiimik si Jerome? Gusto ba niya nangyayare o ano?


"Jerome, anak. I-tour mo si Princess sa hotel natin and get to know each other diba Zac?" Tanong ni tito Roman.


"Oo nga, Princess anak. Go have fun." Sabi ni mom sakin.


Tumayo si Jerome at lumapit sakin.


Inalok niya sakin kamay niya at sinabing "Let's go?"





Jerome's POV


[ Flashback ]


"Pa, ba't mo ako pinatawag?" Tanong ko kay papa. Andami-dami ko kasing ginagawa. This old man really iritates me.


"Jerome, anak. Have a seat. We have lots to talk bout." And he drinks wine.


"Pa, I have lots of meetings to att--"


"Anak, mas importante pa ba yan kesa sa pag-merge ng hotel natin sa mga resorts at pagiging CEO Chairman mo?"


Natigilan ako don. That's my dream for our hotels. I've been waiting for this time. And also for being a CEO Chairman.



"Fine. What about it, pa?" I asked him.


"The Montaverde resorts will accept our request to merge our hotels in one condition."


"What condition?" That's curious.


"Marry their daughter, Princess Sofia Montaverde."


"Why should I?" Tumaas kilay ko don. Ba't ko kelangan pa magpakasal?


"I'll make you CEO Chairman."


"Fine. It's a deal."


"A forever deal, anak."


[ End of Flashback ]



I'm Jerome Kyle Del Castillo. Son of the brightest businessman, Roman Del Castillo.


"Let's go?" I asked her. She's pretty. But I think she's innocent. And totally not my type. Pumayag lang ako sa pagpapakasal na 'to kasi magiging CEO Chairman daw ako.


I bet she has a type on me. Halatang halata. Tss, mga babae nga naman.


While we're walking on the lobby, I asked her some things.


"So, Ms. Princess Sofia? Can I call you Cess, instead?" I asked.


"Cess? Why 'Cess'?" She asked while looking at me.


"Para ako lang ang tatawag sayo ng ganon, and ikakasal na rin tayo Cess. Get used to it." And I smiled at her & held her hand.


She's blushing. She's pretty cute tho. But I hate her. She's too girly.


We're here in the beach, sitting on the sand. I just want to know her. Malay mo may magustuhan man lang ako sakanya.


"So what did you finished in college?" I asked.


"BS Fashion Design" She answered shortly.


"Oh. So my soon to be wife is a Fashion geek." I said.


"Is there any problem with that?" She asked.


"Yes, I hate anything about you." I said straight foward.


"I d-don't understand?" Ano ba naman tong babaeng to?


"Jerome! Princess! Come we have a lot to talk about!"


"S-sila mom.." Sabi niya.


Aalis na dapat siya nung hinawakan ko braso niya at bumulong sa tenga niya.







"I may be your husband soon, but I won't treat you like a husband does Cess. Your life will be hell."
