Pygmy Puffs have distinct fur. Pygmy Puffs can come in two different colours. Pink and Purple.
Without fur, Pygmy Puffs aren't special. They look more like pink rats. (See below diagram)

See what I mean? You can get a different colour Pigmy Puff by dying the hair of a Puffskien. You can also ask Fred and George for a custom order, but they don't give those out lightly.
