Prologue
The year is 2065, and world war III has struck. Little Timmy and Shelly are being evacuated to New England. Timmy is 12, Shelly is his younger sister, she is eight. They have an older brother called Seth, he has gone to war, he is 17. Their Mum is staying at home helping the British army, they don't have a Dad, he died in the French - Spanish war, he died in the hospital after he had taken a wounded soldier to the infirmary. He was a real hero. We start the story on the day they leave.
