'Soul Crushing, A survival guide to modern workplace' by Andrew_Mosier actually inspired me to write this one. If you are stuck in a boring job, it is a must read for you. And even if you don't work, read it for a good laugh!
Broken Hopes and Dreams
He has free thoughts, hopes and dreams
Those continue to pull him through,
Drive him along
Take him on a trip
He just follows his heart.
Then he is shoved into the world of the terribly over-educated
Do it this way, not that- they say
They are the experts, the know-it-alls.
He is laden with responsibilities
He is got to impress them all
Reasons send shockwaves of doubts into his mind
He can’t fight them all.
Exhausted, he fights no more
He loses the battle, accepts defeat
Finally curtains are pulled upon the play of his imaginations
He becomes a man with broken hopes and dreams.
