  • Dedicated to Those killed in the 7/7 bombings, we salute you

I'm not one to say

That it all came down to one day

I'm just happy that I wasn't in that plane

And though I still feel

It doesn't seem real

9/11 only means the lives it took to me

I was confused

When Katrina broke loose

Putting New Orleans in a noose

Your government mucked up

and New Orleans got washed up

Yet it only means the lives it took to me

And of the Great Chicago Fire

Caused by a lamp without a wire

300 people lost their lives that night

Caused by a cow

You could say it caused a row

Yet it only means the lives that it took to me

I find it kinda sad

That so few people have

Heard of the 7/7 bombings

But that's London for you

So few care for the things we do

Yet it means the patriotic memories of the lives it took to me

I'm not one for patriotism

But if I was, you'd see

But any disaster means the lives it took to me
