Down, down, down I go.
Falling through the surface and into the darkness below.
Help me! Save me! But no-one hears,
My strangled cries entangled with my fears.
Slipping faster now, as reality seems to disappear,
I continue to fall, my heart leaking within.
I can feel my blood escape, painting the floor,
My tears streaming down my wet cheeks to join the crimson galore.
I cry out, trying to grab something to hold,
But no-ones there as my heartbeat ends to a slow.
