Once I had an odd dime
Upon that dime there was a lime
And on the lime there was a time
The time said 1949Once someone saw my dime,
And they gave me a fine,
And made me walk on a line.
Then they took all they was mine.
Including that odd dime.I was taken to a forest of pine,
And told I could not dine.
But could only eat a lime.
I was told nothing here was mine. All because of that odd dime
With a lime
And a time
And a year of '49
I'm stuck in a line of pine.
