The walk back to the car was content as I walked along with Kevin. I couldn't help the smile on my face ignoring on the knowing looks and smiles people gave me as we passed. Eventually we got back to Kevin's apartment and the first place I went to was the kitchen.

"Where are your vases?" I asked looking around the kitchen unsure of where to look first.

"Marina, I've been thinking and today's reaction in you confirmed my thoughts." Kevin replied as he pulled a random glass vase from the hall table and rinsed it out before filling it with water.

"What?" I undid the wrappings and set the flowers inside the vase after he set it in front of me.

"I'm going to save it for after dinner that way I can see for sure how you feel." He smirked placing a kiss on my temple before leaving the kitchen.

I left the vase in the center of the table before heading toward the living room. Kevin was in there flipping through the channels, looking for something to watch. I came in and took a seat next to him silently watching him. He wrapped his free arm around my shoulders and pulled me in to him, and I let him. Within minutes Kevin finally settled on a movie, we watched the movie until eight thirty came, then we were getting ready for our dinner date.

By nine Kevin and I were a small secluded restaurant. When we got to our table I noticed Stella and Gabriel sitting there waiting on us. I felt a small amount of discomfort as I watched stella avoide my gaze by brushing imaginary dust from her dress.

"Hey you two finally made it!" Gabriel greeted us with a smile.

"Sorry for making you wait so long." I replied taking the seat Kevin pulled out for me.

"No worries, I'm just glad we can all be in one area without an argument or discomfort right?" Gabriel smiled looking around at all of us.

There was a moment of silence as Gabriel continued to look around at us expectantly.

"I'm hungry, what's good to eat?" Kevin sighed taking a seat next to me across.

"Okay, umm," Gabriel stated awkwardly taking a seat. "I like their pepper steak, it's delicious." He offered picking up his menu and looking through it.

"Great I'll take that. And what bout you ladies?" Kevin turned to look at me then Stella.

"Chicken fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli." Stella and I replied In unison.

I refused to look up from the menu as I felt three pairs of eyes on me. It shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone since Stella and I grew up together.

"Is everyone ready to order?" the waiter came over interrupting the silence.

We gave the waiter our orders and waited with our drinks. With a sigh I mentally relaxed and let a smile spill across my lips.

"So what have you two been up to these days?" I asked looking between Gabriel and Stella.

"I think its fair to tell you since you brought us together," Gabriel smiled. "We've officially become a couple, I think it's a little juvenile to say boyfriend and girlfriend but that's where we are."

"That's great, I'm glad you're happy now, Stella, you deserve it." I spoke sincerely.

"Thanks," She replied staring at me confused.

"And what about you two, how's your relationship going?" Gabriel asked before sipping at his drink.

"Oh well, today we are on our first real date, and so far I've been enjoying myself." I summed up.
