The door of the apartment was opened and Ian came in with fast food bag in his hand and closed the door behind him, he saw Lucas sitting in a sofa that was in the corner of the room and was absent-minded
"Hay Luke!" Ian exclaimed to brought Lucas to the reality
"What?" Lucas responded directly as he turned his face to him
"Where did you go?" Ian asked
"I didn't" Lucas answered with denial
"Yes, you didn't but your mind did" Ian clarified in humor
"... I don't know Ian, I can't think clearly these days. I don't know if that will work out anyway" Lucas said while he rubbed his head in irritation
Ian advanced and set next to his friend "Don't worry Luke, it will. I will help you until you make it and pass this, just have a little faith man, would ya? " Ian smiled after he said that trying to cheer his friend up
Lucas smiled back to him "I am really glad that you're still with me until know Ian"
"Will, that will cost you buddy. You'll owe me with your life next time" Ian said with humor while he took a hamburger and a French fries from the bag
Lucas smirked and took another hamburger and French fries from the same bag and headed to the room where they keep Diana
He opened the door and saw her trembling in her place; he closed the door behind him and headed to her. He lowered to her and put the food besides him, he took a knife out from his jacket's pocket and tore the rope around her hands
She rubbed her wrist in pain as they were red, she tried to avoid his looks to not show her fear to him, he took off the tape out her mouth as she groaned
"Here..." he took the food and offered it to her
When he raised his eyes, he saw hers meeting his with a mixture of courage and fear in them. "What do you want from me?" she said while she tried to hide the frightened tone in her voice
"You have nothing to do with that..." he said as he put the food in front of her "So what the hell am I doing here?" she interposed with struggled anger
He looked to her blue eyes for a few moments; there was a fear and strength at the same time in them, he saw tears on its edges
"Just to take something belongs to us from your father" he said as he distanced his eyes and got up and headed to the door but stopped when she talked
"You will see you're insane" she said with anger and disgust
He didn't comment her last words and merely left the room and locked the door
Pedro's car stopped in front of William's house, the frustration was drawn in William's face
"Don't worry Will, we'll find her and they will pay for what they did" Pedro said trying to soothe his friend
"I hope we will soon, I have no intention to subject to them. You know how much damage it will happen if they got what they want" William said and leaned forward to place his head on his hands
"You don't have to, I will start searching. I know a friend that will help us for sure. Just stay focused, okay?" Pedro said and placed his right hand in his friend's shoulder
William raised his head and look to his friend with faint smile in his face "Thank you Pedro for everything, you are a good friend to me and I appreciate that, say hi to Lora for me" he said and got out the car
He walked to his house and took the keys from his pocket; he opened the door and locked it behind him
He saw his wife rushes to him with a worry face "Did you find her?!" she said with nearly crying tone
